At Laline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure the Package

  Place the unused items back into their original Laline packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
